Ameriadvice supports French and European restaurateurs who want to open or take over a restaurant in Florida. Our work covers the three fronts such a move opens up: the visa and the investment, the restaurant itself, and settling your family in.
We are not attorneys, accountants or real estate agents. We structure your project, coordinate the process and connect you with the licensed professionals in our Florida network. Legal, tax and financial advice remains with those professionals.

The starting point: checking that your project holds up, setting the investment amount and building a solid case with the specialist attorney in our network.

Settling into life in Florida
The part nobody talks about, and the one that decides whether a family relocation works: housing, school, banking, driver’s license, healthcare.
- Housing and school enrollment
- Driver’s license and bank accounts
- SSN or ITIN, building credit history
- Health cover for the family
How it works
- A free first call. Your project, your budget, your family’s timeline: we tell you honestly whether the project stands up.
- A detailed proposal. We send you our packages and a price tailored to your project. You only take the parts you need.
- Framing and the E-2 file. City, format, amount to invest. We prepare the business and financial side of the file with the E-2 attorney in our network.
- The restaurant. Finding the business or the premises, lease, company, licences, build-out, suppliers, hiring.
- Settling your family. Housing, school, bank, driver’s license, health insurance: everything is ready when you arrive.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to take the full package?
No. Each part can be taken on its own: some clients already have their visa, others already have their restaurant. The proposal we send after the first call only covers what you need.
Do you work across all of Florida?
Yes. We’re based in Venice, on the west coast, but we support projects across the state: Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, Naples and beyond.
How long does a project take?
Think in months, not weeks. Taking over a restaurant is usually faster than building one, and the E-2 file is prepared alongside the restaurant search so no time is lost. We give you a realistic timeline at the first call. See also How long does an E-2 visa take?
Why a single point of contact?
A Florida project involves an attorney, an accountant, a seller or landlord, contractors and suppliers. When everyone waits for everyone else, months slip by. We coordinate all of it, in French or English.
Our Florida network

Let us talk about your project
The first call is free and without obligation. After that conversation we send you a detailed proposal setting out our support packages and the fees matched to your project.
